The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of 29,000 Pampers brand pacifiers that fail to meet safety standards.
The pacifiers were imported from China by Key Baby LLC of Lutz. Fla., and sold nationwide from April 2010 through February 2011 for about $6.

CDX Group Recalls Desk and Table Lamps
CDX Group is recalling about 1,600 desk and table lamps. Substandard electrical wiring, connections and plugs in these lamps pose a fire and shock risk to consumers.
This recall involves eight different desk and table lamps including item numbers 207, 303, 9774, 1108, 1109, 049-1, 054-8 and 2001-271B. The item numbers are printed on the lamps' packaging.

"The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Ryobi RTS20 portable table saws. The saws were made in China, distributed by Anderson, S.C.-based One World Technologies and sold at Home Depot.
According to the CPSC, the saw blade on the motor carriage could be misaligned, posing a laceration hazard.
The recall involves about 21,500 RTS20 Ryobi ten-inch, portable table saws. They were sold exclusively at Home Depot in the U.S. and Canada from July 2010 through October 2010 for about $200."

Shivvers Manufacturing Recalls Lawn Mower Jacks
The recalled jacks are used for lifting the lawn mower during service or maintenance. Two versions of this jack model have been manufactured. Version number one was made with a nylon nut and version number two was made with a sintered bronze nut. These recalled jacks were sold separately and on Charger, JAZee and Boss riding lawn mowers.

HONG KONG — British chocolate maker Cadbury said Monday that tests have "cast doubt" on the safety of its Chinese-made products and ordered a recall, the latest foreign company affected by China's tainted milk scandal.
Meanwhile, two U.S. food makers were investigating Indonesian claims that high traces of melamine were found in Chinese-made Oreos, M&Ms and Snickers.
